About the Instructor:
Alecia Dea is a plus sized model based in Miami, Florida. She got her start modeling in New York City five years ago. She has worked for many well known brands such as JCPenney, Macy's, Target and Kohl's. She recognizes the amount of sacrifice this industry requires for success and has committed herself to teaching new models and actors how to pursue their dreams fearlessly but also realistically. She prides herself mostly on mindset coaching and is passionate about helping people feel their best, mentally and physically.
