Hi, my name is Sharon Chaikin. I reinvented myself and decided to pursue acting. I‘ve been with Nine9 since November 2021. Been submitting to public castings for roles. So far, from August 2022 to August 2023 I worked on 20 projects as an Extra. The roles included Succession, Gladiator: American Sports, Bernard and the Genie, and recently Poster Girl SS24. Some roles had improvisation, some had lines. I owe this all to Nine9 and the Workshops with David, Lauren, and Shawn. They are a tremendous help and inspiration. They give guidance, advice, encouragement, and support. Also, a shout out to Rex Lott, a wonderful photographer who took my headshots. I will continue to take workshops and update my comp sheet as needed. I highly recommend Nine9 whether you are a beginner or looking to improve your chances of getting discovered.
