My first day of filming EMPIRE was great! Of course I've worked on other projects this year, but EMPIRE soooo awesome. Regarding the scene, I felt like I went to a free concert the whole for the ENTIRE day- it was a scene where Jussie Smollett performed an "award nominated song ". I've never heard the song, but loved it by end of day(after hearing it over & over & over!) I had fan-out crowd scenes & most of my scenes standing next to AND/OR behind Taraji P Henson (Cookie). She did say "hi" and acknowledged me! Thanks so much. -Jonathan
