I recently worked on the set of "A Spoonful of Chocolate" thanks to Nine9. It was very quick, as soon as I signed up, I had work coming. What was crazy is that the movie was being shot at an old American Legion in my hometown where I went to high school. It's where I got pinned for my ROTC events. I later moved and joined the army, and now I'm acting. I spent the whole day on set not knowing who I was working with. Since the film is veteran-inspired, they had the main protagonist learning how to salute, and he was doing it with the wrong hand. I quickly got up and assisted. It turns out I was teaching RZA and Shameik Moore, or as I know him, Miles Morales, how to salute. It took me all day to put it together, and if I would have known who they were, I probably wouldn't have approached, but I did, and it worked out in my favor. Overall, I had an amazing experience and met a lot of people who I will never forget. Thank you!
