My name is Bill Russell. I joined Nine9 two years ago and since then I have been provided the opportunity to work on three independent films, two TV shows, a commercial and a few modeling opportunities. I recently won an audition for a fitness equipment company called M-Brace! The M-brace work involved modeling various fitness equipment items. The modeling included active and stationary shots. I have always wanted to get involved in print and fitness modeling and Nine9 has allowed me to pursue that dream. Nine9 is great in that I am provided with casting notifications and added support through modeling and acting training workshops. I find the workshops to be very helpful and it is always a very nurturing environment. Advice for new models would be to always remain positive and to get involved in as many opportunities as possible. Though some work is not always paid, value comes through getting involved with as many projects as you can. The contacts and experience that you obtain are invaluable and should be your focus. Believe in yourself and success will come through continued exposure and hard work!!
