Nine9er of the Month Nomination
Nine9 proudly awards this monthly appreciation to an employee who exemplifies the Nine9 vision and values, who is active with and on behalf of Nine9 and who performs their duties at an outstanding level. It has been established to recognize the efforts of those employees who perform with a superior level of commitment, partnership, accountability, positive attitude and ability to embrace change.
Recipients will be selected on, but not limited to, the criteria listed below. Please fill out the form below detailing the ways in which the nominee has demonstrated outstanding qualities in ALL of the areas listed below. Please do not merely discuss or detail the job duties/ job description.
PLEASE INCLUDE SPECIFIC EXAMPLES OF HOW THE NOMINEE HAS GONE “ABOVE AND BEYOND” THEIR JOB DUTIES/JOB. PLEASE WRITE AS IF NO ONE KNOWS THE NOMINEE AND INCLUDE AS MUCH DETAIL AS POSSIBLE.

– A “can-do” attitude; goes the extra mile in giving to Nine9 and doing their best
– Functions in a spirit of partnership with other employees and with talent and/or clients
– Has a clear understanding of personal accountability and tends to look to themselves first for resources and solutions. Instead of fixing blame, they fix problems.
– Embraces change and looks for ways to reinvent themselves while continuing to provide a high level of value to Nine9
– Keeping up office appearance/welcoming
– Demonstrating Nine9’s core values
– Community outreach/Nine9 Gives Back participation
– Engagement with Nine9 on social platforms
