Natural Remedies for Puffy Eyes and Tired Skin

Puffy eyes and fatigued skin are common complaints in the entertainment and modeling world—but the good news is, nature offers a bounty of remedies that are both effective and gentle.

1. Cucumber Slices: A Classic for a Reason

One of the most iconic treatments for puffy eyes is cucumber slices. Rich in antioxidants and cooling agents, cucumbers help reduce inflammation and refresh the under-eye area. Chill two slices in the fridge for about 15 minutes, then place them over closed eyes for 10–15 minutes. The results are instant and soothing.

2. Green Tea Bags: Antioxidant Powerhouses
