Talent Booked for Two Episodes of MTV’s “Scream”
Scream is a TV series based on the movie that followed high school student, Emma Duval as she is being harassed by a mystery person behind the famous mask. The TV series is a spiritual successor to the movie, with a completely different plot and characters. The series was picked up by MTV, and renewed for a second season after the success of the first season.
The show is about a YouTube video of a murder going viral and creating life threatening problems for the teenagers that filmed the video. It opens up a window to the small town’s troubled and mysterious past. One of our talents, C’airra, was booked for season two.
She let us know about her experience saying,“I played a student on set. It was a good learning experience and funny to get paid to be a student when I really am one. Everyone on set was really nice.”
Her experience shows that being an extra can be rewarding and easy. She was paid to simply act like a student. There are thousands of opportunities to become an extra in big and small TV shows and movies, make sure to take advantage of them.
