About the Show
Project Runway challenges designers to develop their own style, work with a variety of materials and create original runway looks while competing for prizes and industry recognition.
The Emmy Award-winning series has helped launch the careers of numerous designers, and casting is now searching for the next group of talented creatives ready to take the runway by storm.
Who Can Apply?
Casting is seeking talented fashion designers who are ready to demonstrate their creativity, technical skills and ability to work under pressure.
Applicants should be prepared to showcase both their personality and their previous design work as part of the application process.
What You Need Before Applying
• Two photos of yourself
• Five photos of your fashion/design work
• A 2-4 minute video introducing yourself and showing your workspace

Upload your 2-4 minute introduction video to one of the following platforms:

• Vimeo
• Dropbox
• WeTransfer
Important: If using YouTube or Vimeo, make sure your video is set to unlisted.

Filming Availability
If selected to participate, contestants should be prepared to be available for filming for approximately five to six weeks.
Historically, filming has taken place around February and March, although official filming dates for the 2027 season are currently TBD.
