About the Competition
Next Level Chef puts contestants through an intense culinary gauntlet designed to test creativity, consistency, determination and the ability to perform under pressure.
Contestants compete in a unique three-level kitchen where the cooking conditions can change dramatically from one challenge to the next.
The top level features a state-of-the-art kitchen, while the lower levels become increasingly challenging, forcing chefs to make the most of the ingredients, equipment and conditions available to them.

• Richard Blais
Prize
The grand prize is $250,000, along with the title of Next Level Chef and a one-year mentorship from Gordon Ramsay, Nyesha Arrington and Richard Blais.
