Washington D.C. Talent Requested For “Evil Stepmothers”
Fifteen of our Washington DC talent have been selected to take part in a new episode of a network television show, “Evil Stepmothers” on the Investigation Discovery Channel. The ID channel is an TV network owned by Discovery Communications that features documentary-style programming dealing with true crime subjects, mostly those of a violent nature. Most of ID’s programs are original productions, but it also airs re-titled off-network reruns, including NBC’s Dateline, ABC’s 20/20, and CBS’ 48 Hours.
Some of Investigation Network shows include Killer Instinct With Chris Hansen, Breaking Point, The Perfect Murder, Who The Bleep Did I Marry, and Wives With Knives. Investigation Discovery is one of women’s most-watched cable networks on television, becoming the third-most-watched ad-supported network among women ages 25-54 in just seven years on air.
The client was looking to fill a number of main, supporting, and extra roles for the show including roles for men, women, and children alike. In this particular episode, the kids will be seen just as much as the mother and father roles, as well as the killer’s. Auditions were held last week.
