Client Terms & Conditions
By submitting my registration as an Agent, Casting Director, Designer, Director, Event Coordinator, Filmmaker, Photographer, Producer, Production Coordinator or "Other" (cumulatively "Client", "Me" or "I"") in the "Register As" drop box I do consent to the following "Client Terms and Conditions" in addition to the general Terms and Conditions set forth on www.nine9.com
Client understands that any content on the Website, and any content Client submits to the Website, is owned exclusively by Coralreef Productions d/b/a Nine9 ("Nine9").
Client agrees to provide true and accurate information to the Website and Nine9 and Client understands that the information Client provide will be made available for viewing and application by Nine9 users. By submitting information to the Website and/or directly to a department of Nine9, Client grants to Nine9 irrevocable permission to display, market, offer and otherwise display the information in any manner Nine9 deems appropriate for Nine9's business purposes. The permission granted is on a non-exclusive basis and similar permission may be granted Client to other parties but any granting to another party by Client shall not affect the rights of Nine9 to utilize the information provided. The permission granted by Client hereunder is granted to Nine9 with respect to all current and future auditions, advertisements, castings, photography session, production offering, agency offer or other opportunities provided to Nine9.
Client agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Nine9, its shareholders, directors, managers, members, officers and affiliates (cumulatively "Nine9 Parties") for any action, threatened cause of action, damages, including costs and attorneys fees, incurred by Nine9 as a result of misleading, incomplete or inaccurate information provided by Client to the Website or Nine9. Client further agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Nine9 Parties for any action, threatened cause of action, damages, including costs and attorneys fees, incurred by Nine9 as a result of Client''s use, or misuse, of the Website.
Client understands and agrees that by submitting information to the Website or Nine9 Client may be granted access to, be introduced or otherwise have verbal or written contact with Nine9 users. Client agrees to provide the Ninie9 users with only true and accurate information concerning any advertisements or representations of the availability of auditions, castings or other opportunities with any producer, director, casting director, photographer, agency or other entertainment industry based professional ("Industry Professionals").
Client acknowledges and agrees that Client is authorized to provide the information Client has provided to Nine9 and that which Client provides to Nine9 in the future. Client further states Client is duly authorized to offer the audition, advertisement, casting, photography session, production offering, agency offer or other opportunity that Client has granted Nine9 the permission to present to Nine9's members or those which the Client directly presents to Nine9's members
