Welcome, 2018!!

I am so excited to be rid of 2017. I don’t know about you, but for me, 2017 was one kick in the stomach after another.

Therefore I, like many others, have decided to kick off 2018 with a resolution to improve my well being. My thought being that to improve your state of mind you must first begin by changing from with.

On that note, I want too loudly and clearly that I AM NOT a firm believer in “NYE Resolutions”. I have always been of the mind that you shouldn’t make life-changing decisions just because everyone else is currently doing it.

That being said here are some exercises that I am going to begin working on starting this week to better myself.
