Regional Sales Director Northeast

Nine9, founded in 2003, is a national modeling and acting listing company that provides opportunities and experiences for the 99% of aspiring talent who are so often looked over by the traditional system but who so strongly desire just a chance to get their foot in the door. We provide tools, castings and support for talent ages 3 and up!
We are currently accepting applications for an open Sales Director position that is based out of New York, NY.
Responsibilities would include:
-Overseeing Office Directors and staff
-Meet or exceed the sales goals
-Assist with training and implementing the Nine9 process
-Provide initial and ongoing training to Office Directors nationwide
-Create and provide performance reports
-Act as liaison to implement corporate processes, policies and procedures
-Cross train new and existing office staff
-Coordinate staffing needs with the Nine9 Human Resources Department
-Assist in the interviewing and selection of qualified office staff
-Identify opportunities to increase efficiency at the office level through standardization
Qualified candidates should have the following:
-2+ years of successfully managing a sales team that achieves goals
-Experience with the entire sales process
-Ability to coach/train a sales team
-Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to travel throughout the U.S. as needed
-Value-minded sales approach with a positive, motivational leadership style
-Ability to communicate well across all levels in the company
-Internet and MS Office suite (specifically Word and Excel) skills
-Sales Management/Coaching: 2+ years
-Previous leadership experience
Previous experience in the entertainment industry is a plus but not required.
